Werner Schönfelder
Werner Schönfelder started his professional career at Creditanstalt Bankverein AG in Vienna. After a stopover at Erste Bank Sparkassen AG, he took over the management of finance and real estate at the Styrian Medical Association in 2000.
In 2017, he moved to a real estate family office in Berlin, where he was responsible for real estate project developments across Europe. Since 2020, he has led Valere, a company he founded and specializes in advising institutional real estate investors.
Werner Schönfelder has more than 20 years of professional experience in the real estate sector and has been working as a generally sworn and court-certified expert for real estate valuations since 2005.

Isabella Schönfelder
Isabella Schönfelder gained her first professional experience after studying business administration (with a focus on finance) in 2014 abroad at UBS AG and Deutsche Bank AG in asset and wealth management. After returning to Austria in 2017, she supported the M&A team of KPMG Vienna in transactions across a wide range of industries, especially in real estate.
This was followed by three years with a renowned real estate developer in Graz, where she was responsible for project controlling and transaction management. Since the beginning of 2022, she has been working as an authorized signatory at Valere in real estate valuation and consulting. Along the way, Isabella Schönfelder graduated from the Real Estate Valuation Academy and has since then also worked as an expert for real estate valuations.
This was followed by three years with a renowned real estate developer in Graz, where she was responsible for project controlling and transaction management.
